Nasal Flu Vaccination

Dear Parents,

Nasal Flu Vaccination

The Immunisation Team from Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust will be visiting our school on Monday 11th October 2021 to administer the nasal flu vaccination. 

You will have received a consent form a few weeks ago that you were asked to complete and return to school before Friday 1st October 2021. 

The Immunisation Team collected the consent forms from school last week and have all the information they need to be able to follow the programme. If you have not given your consent for your child to receive the nasal flu vaccination then it will not be given to them. School staff will be overseeing the administration of the immunisation programme and the children will be supported by familiar adults during the process.
