RE: Inclusion Parent Workshop
Dear Parents/Carers,
We are writing to invite you to a parent workshop focusing on communication using symbols. This workshop will take place on Wednesday 22nd October at 9:15am in the junior hall and will last approximately 60 minutes.
This workshop is an opportunity for you to work with your child, supported by school staff, to develop and understand techniques and skills we use in the classroom, to allow you to support your child’s learning, at home.
We are also pleased to inform you that a member from the Speech and Language Team will be present at this workshop to provide some advice into how you can further support your child’s communication skills at home.
Please make every effort to attend as parental support is vital to enhance each and every child’s progress.
