Dear parents/carers,
We have been made aware that, across the Christmas break, a number of Year 6 pupils have been accessing apps and games such as Roblox and Discord (online messaging service) and using them inappropriately. These apps have a PEGI rating of 13 and are not appropriate for Year 6 pupils. Although the internet can have a positive impact on all of our lives it can also cause many safety concerns when used inappropriately or when children access sites designed for older children or adults.
