A message from Aston and Nechells Foodbank:
Thank you for supporting the foodbank over previous years and throughout 2024. Our opening times are below. We are open and happy to support all families in need.
Wishing you all a lovely Christmas and peaceful new year.

A massive thank you to all of our amazing families and children who attended our first ever Prince Albert Christmas Fayre on Friday 13th December. With your support, we raised an amazing £1,850. This money will help us in delivering the very best education for your children. The fayre wouldn't have happened without your donations and support, so a huge thank you to everyone involved. A special mention to Miss Turley for leading and coordinating this magical event. Again, thank you to everyone involved; you helped create special memories to last a lifetime! Same again next year…
We were absolutely amazed with the fantastic Winter/Christmas scenes that children completed during the week commencing 9th December. The creative designs helped spread the festive spirit throughout the school and generated lots of positive discussions. A big well done to all of the children who designed and completed a Winter/Christmas scene; we were so impressed.
On Friday 13th, our wonderful school choir visited Shire Brook Court Retirement Home. The children were very excited to spread their festive spirits and sang to the residents, who sang along and danced joyfully. We are so proud of the childrens' community spirt and their natural ability to embrace these wondeful opportunities.

Thank you to everyone involved in our harvest donation to Birmingham City Mission's food bank. The donations we received helps Birmingham City Mission in providing emergency food parcels to people who are referred to the charity because of currerently experiencing difficult financial times. Thank you once again to our wonderful community for being so generous.

A big well done to the boys and girls who took part in the AMA football tournament on 28.11.24. Both teams showed outstanding skill, teamwork, and determination throughout the matches with the girls team finishing 2nd and the boys finishing 3rd.
